Alexandre (Alex) Esgolmin is the Head of Product Line Driveline Technology

Commercial Vehicle Solutions ZF Group. Alex is responsible for the management of truck and bus transmissions and electrified drivetrain technology, including all aspects of the business such as production, business development, service and engineering. This is a position Alex has held since April 2024, previous to this role, Alex was head of the commercial vehicle chassis technology product line for more than two years.

Alex joined ZF (formerly WABCO) in 2003 and has held various positions in Europe, South and North America, including global key account management, global product segment management and strategic marketing.

Alex attended Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where he earned a degree in automation and control engineering, and throughout his career has earned two certificates from Harvard Business School Online, in strategy execution, and leading with finance.
